Welcome to Nether Hall Farm, a charming family-run arable farm nestled in the picturesque Suffolk village of Harkstead, overlooking the serene River Stour. Since 2021, we’ve proudly opened our unique wild campsite, offering fewer than 10 pitches tucked amidst lush spruce and fir trees. It’s a haven for those seeking genuine immersion in nature, with direct access to a river beach for water sports enthusiasts. There’s also miles of scenic footpaths to explore this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty!
Accommodations
Our accommodation options cater to various tastes. Experience the rustic charm of our handcrafted Shepherd’s hut, the “Fox Den,” featuring a snug double bed and a cozy log burner. For a premium camping experience, choose our “Badger Sett” tent pitch, boasting exclusive river views and its own private compost toilet. We also have 7 wild campsite pitches with shared facilities. Every pitch has a picnic table, fresh water tap and fire pit.
